Surfing weather

Taranaki has some great surfing waves and I love to see them and listen to them. I could stay beside the sea for hours, but that would be stretching Hubby's patience!

I lived near the Atlantic Ocean most of my life! I loved the waves and smell of salt water. Now I'm in a mountain state and miss the water. Your photos brought back happy memories of the seaside.

If you listen closely, you can hear the sound of the waves hitting the rocks. Beautiful.

Nice waves, I can watch those forever, they change everyday. The first image looks like a huge wave bursting at the stone wall. Nice capture!

oh, this is soo me. Love the waves beating the beach. You don´t have to surf to enjoy them. Thanks for sharing :)I live inland so I don´t see it much. :(

I absolutely love the sound of the ocean as well. I could sit with you for hours and just listen to the rhythm of the waves you captured. I love these shots Betty, they are so pretty.

You and me too Betty -- and your husband and mine too apparently. I'm much more of a beach person than he is. Thanks for sharing your photos (and thanks to your husband for putting up with you ;>)))
